Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or amend your reservation, please let us know as well in advance as you are able. We reserve the right to take 100% of the overall booking fee, should you cancel within 7 days of your arrival  and 50% of the overall booking fee if you cancel within 14 days. If we are able to re-book the room, cancellation fees will not apply. We will always try our best to re-book.

Check In/Out

CHECK-IN is from 3pm onwards. If you wish to arrive before this time, please contact us and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

ARRIVALS – Upon arrival at Sennen House, please park at the entrance and report to reception.

ACTIVITY RESERVATIONS – We are happy to recommend and book activities and to make restaurant reservations for you.
